Custom Engineering & Metalworking
Our Machine Shop Division delivers precision engineering solutions tailored to the industrial sector. Leveraging modern technology and skilled personnel, we provide a range of services designed to meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- CNC Machining & Turning – High-precision component manufacturing for industrial applications.
- Milling & Drilling – Advanced processes to produce complex mechanical parts.
- Engineering Fabrication – Tailored metal components and assemblies according to client specifications.
Steel Fabrication (Workshop & On-site)
Performed in a controlled environment for high-precision and quality assurance. Typical activities include:
- Cutting: Oxy-acetylene, plasma cutting, laser cutting for plate and pipe sections.
- Rolling & Bending: Plate rolling, section bending for ducts, tanks, pipe supports, and structural members.
- Welding & Assembly: SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and TIG welding processes per WPS / PQR standards (ASME IX / ISO).
- Fabrication of spools, skids, platforms, pipe racks, tanks, steel frames, supports.
- Dimensional Inspection: Templates, jigs, and laser measurements ensure tolerances.
- Blast & Prime: Surface preparation using abrasive blasting (SA2.5) followed by primer application.
On-site Fabrication
Used for shutdowns, plant upgrades, or locations where transporting large assemblies is impractical:
- Mobile welding units, cutting rigs, and lifting / rigging gear.
- In-situ fabrication of pipe runs, structural bracing, supports, skids, and modular units.
- Work done under QA / QC protocols and safety supervision (especially for confined space or height work).
Protective Coating & Industrial Painting
Painting is critical for corrosion resistance, chemical protection, and aesthetic compliance. We provide rope access painting services as well as:
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Abrasive Blasting: Steel grit or garnet (to SA 2.5 or SA 3).
Mechanical Cleaning: Hand tools, power brushing, for local repairs or touch-ups. - Solvent Cleaning: Removal of oils / grease prior to primer application (SSPC SP1).
PAINTING SYSTEMS
- Epoxy & Polyurethane Systems: Durable coatings for pipes, tanks, structural steel.
- Heat-Resistant Coatings: Silicone / aluminum blends for hot sections up to 600°C.
